Building a Sponge Community
People come and people go, but there are some of us who tend to attach ourselves
to people and places. We recognise the fact that those who enjoy something come
back for more, and for that we are giving something back in the form of Sponge
Card.
Sponge Card has provided us with a platform to build this community… by
getting a Sponge Card you become part of our community that celebrates
the idea that “life could do with a lot more living”.
How it benefits you:
On receipt of your card we welcome you into our community with a *complimentary Sponge cocktail. As a cardholder you chose the rewards you want, from instant bar tabs right through to a Mercedes Convertible for the day.
You will now get to know what is happening at Sponge, and share your good times with us by enjoying a complimentary bottle of wine or the equivalent bar tab on your birthday.
We get to share our good times with you through Sponge Interactive, where you muddle, shake, strain and drink your very own cocktails. Our own personalised cocktail training sessions are exclusively for the Sponge Community.
How it works:
- Fill in an application FORM online or at the bar.
- You will receive an email notification once your card is ready.
- Collect your Sponge card from the bar where we have loaded points to the value of $10 for you.
- Swipe your Sponge card with every purchase and accumulate points at a rate of $1 = 1 point.
For example a Corporate Function you organise:
Total bill $1000
You earn 1000 points on your Sponge card
- Your points can then be redeemed for $ to be spent in Sponge, every 10 points is worth $1
e.g. 1000 points gives you $100 to spend.
- You can check your point’s balance any time at the bar.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The points do not have a time limit or expiry date.
